Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: May 10, 2025


1. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

All digital products (including downloadable artwork, stories, and other AI-generated content) are non-refundable due to the immediate access and intangible nature of the files.

  • All sales of digital goods are final.
  • If you encounter a technical issue, please contact us at support@thesellix.com — we’ll be happy to help.

2. Physical Products

Mind & Muse Studio offers physical products such as prints, apparel, cards, and merchandise. These are handled as follows:



2.1 Returns (for non-custom items)

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-customized items.
  • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund total.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • To initiate a return, email support@thesellix.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Any made-to-order or uniquely modified items
  • Digital downloads

2.3 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

2.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Send clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost
